Resolutions:

1. Evaluation.

  • Was there a clear working plan? All partners found it was very clear  and available at the project website.
  • The school coordinators were well aware of the common project goals.
  • The main communication mean is Internet and e-mail. The frequency of communication was sometimes distracted thanks to some problems with reading and answering e-mails. To avoid this, everybody promised to read their e-mails at least once a week and before the meetings often.
  • The project materials (CD-s, DVD-s) arrived to everybody by post satisfactorily.
  • The scientific level of the project meetings has been very high, e.g. in Madrid and Nice professors J. Araujo and M.R. Caruba held lectures about water protection.
  • The biggest problem seems to be the lack of time. It takes longer to present our materials and the teachers to discuss things over. The French coordinator suggested we had more days for each meeting.

Activities and tasks:

The Hungarian school has carried out the questionnaire on habits of using water daily.
    • All participating schools had prepared a Power Point presentation on water using systems, Lithuanian and Turkish schools even two. All presentations were well performed.
    • The presentations will be saved on a CD and can be seen at our website.
    • At the discussion over  the last project activities we decided to collect poetry, legends, myths, songs and music about water and have a poetry reading session with listening to music at the last project meeting. Nimet Kucuk from Turkey will coordinate this task.
    • Having discussed the final product and report of our project, we decided to compile and publish a small folder in Turkey, introducing the participating schools and the project activities. The main product will be our website which is being edited by the project coordinator Daisy Kärner. The website was approved as well done and having logical structure. Some small misunderstandings were cleared on the spot.
    • We decided to start working on the final report at participating schools  before the last meeting in Turkey and finish it in Istanbul. The person responsible for completing the final report is the project coordinator Daisy Kärner from Estonia.
    • For that purpose Daisy is going to send each school an evaluation questionnaire by e-mail.
